This pure herbal formula is sure to satisfy even the most selective of hummingbirds. It takes only one teaspoonful of Hummingbird Favorite for every one and two-thirds cup of sugar solution ( mix one-third cup of sugar to one and one-third cup of water). A 4oz bottle of Hummingbird Favorite should make about 40 cups of nectar, making it very economical to use. Hummingbird Favorite has a shelf life of around 4 years. Clean your feeder often, every 4 to 5 days. Use either bottled water or boil tap water to make your sugar solution.
